Mr. Mallios is a practicing attorney who is licensed in the State of Texas since 1979. He is a graduate of the
University of Texas Law School where he was a member of the Order of the Barristers and the School's Outstanding Fresh Law Oral Advocate. Mr. Mallios graduated with honors from the University of Missouri in
St. Louis with a B.A. in Political Science.
Mr. Mallios' primary emphasis is on personal injury trial work, and medical malpractice claims. He has been a
member of the committee for ethical issues among lawyers and physicians.
Mr. Mallios is a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association and it's Tort
section, the Travis County Bar Association and the Texas Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Mallios is licensed in the Ninth Circuit for Federal Appellate work. Mr. Mallios is also licensed to practice in the
Southern, Western, and Eastern Divisions of the United States District Court in Texas.
Mr. Mallios is married and has six children. He is an avid fly fisherman and plays the trumpet.
